If you have any complain regarding anything, We have assigned different departments to handle that as quickly as possible.
Step1:
You can login in your account.
Step2:
Search for Open Ticket option on your portal's menu bar. Click on it.

Step3:
Write your subject of the complain.
Step4:
Choose the department from drop down, choose the related services and priority level of the complain from drop down.

Step5:
Write your complain in full details and if you have some screenshots then add it in attachments section.
Step6:
Click on Submit.
After submitting your ticket, It will receive to us and we will solve it as soon as possible.
