You have to login in your client panel with your username and password. Simply open your service.

Now you have to click on “Log in to cPanel” option on your left hand side options.
You have to click on ‘Backup‘ option under Files section or directly search Backup from search bar.

You have to click on “Download a Full Account Backup” to take backup of all the files of your website.

Now you have to click on “Generate Backup” button as default backup destination of Home Directory is fine for storing the Backup.

You will get the message of “Full Backup in Progress…” and you can click “Go back” button.

You will get your backup file under “Backups Available for Download“. You can click on it and it will start downloading.

Now you have to take backup of your database so that all the user data would be backed up too. Click on “Go Back” button.
You have to click on your database under “Download a Database Backup“.

It will start downloading on its own after clicking on the database name.
Now you will do one last thing to save your disk space after doing backup in cPanel, Open File manager in cPanel.

As you can see there is file called “Backup-6.9.2025…“. You have to delete it to save your website space by selecting it and click on Delete from above options.

Now, we will have both the Backup to restore our whole website on our own in case of any issues.
