At RootX Hosting, we strive to provide excellent hosting services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a cancellation and refund in accordance with our policy outlined below.

You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@rootxhosting.com.

Cancellations requested within 7 days of service activation are eligible for a refund under our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

After the 7-day period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have violated our Terms & Conditions, your account may be suspended or terminated without eligibility for a refund.

Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases of shared hosting and VPS hosting plans.

Domain registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and other add-on services are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day period from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Provide your order details and the reason for cancellation.

Our team will review your request and process the refund if eligible.
